Medicine Hat, Alberta Man Appears in Carlyle Court on Charges Relating to Stolen Vehicle, Break and Enter

A Medicine Hat, Alberta man has made his first court appearance on charges relating to a break and enter and stolen vehicle.
Early yesterday (Tues) morning, Carlyle RCMP responded to a break and enter in progress at a business in the R.M. of Moose Mountain, where surveillance video showed a male in a vehicle reported stolen from Alameda the day prior.
The suspect had left when Mounties arrived but was later arrested without incident at a rural property near Kennedy, Saskatchewan.
25-year-old Skyler Darr is charged with possession of property obtained by crime, break and enter with intent, theft under $5-thousand, and 2 counts of breach of recognizance.
He’s been remanded for next Wednesday (July 10) in Carlyle Provincial Court.
