It’s day 2 of the Yorkton Exhibition and Summer Fair.
The Exhibition’s Kaitlyn McMurphy says today is Legacy Co-Op kiddies day.
“There’s exhibits on all day long…and our outdoor rodeo begins at 7 p.m. tonight” she said.
Chamber of Commerce executive director Juanita Polegi says there are also plenty of free events on the grounds.
“While you’re walking through the mid-way, you can also sit down and take a peek at the extreme dog show and the blacksmithing demonstrations; just so much for people to see and do.” Polegi said.
The Exhibition runs through Saturday, and the GX94 Star Serarch champion will be crowned that evening.
The parade set for Saturday has a slightly different route, due to road construction. It will start at 4th Avenue South and head down Broadway to the Exhibition Grounds.
