A new court date has been set for a 23-year-old Punnichy woman facing several charges, including Attempted Murder, in connection with a shooting in Regina, on April 19th.
Janaya Kinequon was arrested after a 20-year-old man showed up in hospital with serious injuries from a gunshot.
Police say the shooting appears to be related to an incident involving a group of children and two adults, in which there was an argument that became physical, resulting in gunfire.
Kinequon will appear in Punnichy Provincial Court again, on August 20th.
