One of the men charged after numerous robberies on the Muscowpetung First Nation, was back in court yesterday (THU).
21-year-old Michael Obey, of Regina, who is charged with several offences, including Armed Robbery, appeared in Regina, and will be back in court there, on September 18th.
His co-accused, 25-year-old Jarrett Poitras, of the Muscowpetung First Nation, will be back in Fort Qu’Appelle Court next Thursday (12th), while a third suspect – 27-year-old Jere Pinacie, is still wanted by police.
On March 4th, RCMP say a convenience store on the reserve was robbed of money and tobacco products, and then on July 23rd, the same store was robbed, and a home on the reserve was broken into.
