One of four people arrested in connection with the death of a Yorkton man last summer has appeared in court again.

An 18-year-old man, who can’t be named, because he was underage at the time of the incident, was in Yorkton this (Fri) morning, where he pled guilty to one count of Obstruction.

He received a youth sentence, concurrent to an unrelated adult sentence he’s currently serving.

The remains of Colin Focht were found in a rural area outside Yorkton, on April 4th.
