One of the suspects arrested in connection with the death of a Yorkton man last year, has appeared in court again.
In Yorkton Provincial Court this morning (Thurs), 23-year-old Jordan Ironstand had his matters adjourned to October 24th.
Two other people arrested for the same alleged incident also have upcoming court appearances, while an 18-year-old man, who can’t be named because he was underage at the time of the incident, admitted his guilt and received a youth sentence.
The remains of Colin Focht were found in a rural area outside Yorkton on April 4th.
Ironstand was also in court today (Thurs) on charges stemming from a violent home invasion in Yorkton.
He’ll return to Yorkton Provincial Court on October 24th on these charges.
