Manitoba Hydro has hired former Saskatchewan premier Brad Wall to serve as the new commissioner for a review.

Following his review of the Keeyask Generation Project and the Bipole 3 Transmission and Converter Station Project, Wall will provide the government of Manitoba with a report and his recommendations.

The commissioner’s review is expected to be completed by October 31st, 2020.

Wall served as the premier of Saskatchewan from 2007 to 2018, but he now serves as a special adviser to a national law firm.
