A 60-year-old man has been denied bail, on three outstanding charges of Driving While Disqualified.

In Yorkton Provincial Court today (Fri), the judge was told Calvin Cappo has 77 prior criminal convictions, including 14 for Impaired Driving, 14 for Driving While Disqualified, and 11 for Failing to Attend Court.

On December 1st of last year, Cappo was charged with Driving While Disqualified in Yorkton.

Two weeks later, he was arrested in Kamsack for Impaired Driving, Driving While Disqualified, and Assaulting a Police Officer.

Then in September of this year, he picked up another Driving While Disqualified charge in Kamsack.
