Blue Bombers capture 107th Grey Cup

The Grey Cup drought is over for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

Winnipeg’s defence led the Bombers to their first CFL championship since 1990 with a 33-12 win over the Hamilton Tiger-Cats at McMahon Stadium in Calgary.

Hamilton had seven turnovers and allowed quarterback Dane Evans to be sacked six times.

Bombers RB and Winnipeg product Andrew Harris was named the game’s Top Canadian and Most Outstanding player
