Bail Granted to Yorkton Man Facing Serious Charges

A Yorkton man charged in connection with a fatal two-vehicle collision near Melville last Christmas Day, has been released on one-thousand dollars bail, after allegedly committing new offences.
26-year-old Bradley Kormos is charged with Assaulting a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, and Breach of an Undertaking, in connection with an incident in Yorkton on Sunday.
He will return to Yorkton Provincial Court December 23rd.
He also faces three counts of Dangerous Driving Causing Death, and one count of Dangerous Driving Causing Bodily Harm, from a two-vehicle collision on Highway 10 near Duff on December 25th.
Those charges will be heard in Melville on December 9th.
