Provincial and Territorial finance ministers meet with their federal counterpart tomorrow, and improving fiscal stabilization will be the focus of Saskatchewan’s Donna Harpauer.

Harpauer will also highlight the need for the federal government to re-examine the mortgage stress test, and changes to the Investing in Canada Program.

She’ll also be asking the federal government to work directly with provinces to set infrastructure priorities and approve projects.
