No Jail Time For Tuffnell Woman, Who Struck Two Yorkton Students at a School Bus Crossing

A Yorkton judge has sentenced a Tuffnell woman, convicted of two counts of Dangerous Driving Causing Bodily Harm.
In Yorkton Provincial Court today (Mon), 60-year-old Sherry Flesher received one year of probation and a six month driving prohibition.

The charges arose from an incident on King Street in Yorkton in June of 2018, when a truck hit two 15-year-old girls crossing the street to get on their school bus.
One girl suffered significant injuries, while the other received minor injuries.
