One of three people arrested following a violent home invasion in Russell, has appeared in court again.

32-year-old Christopher Benn was in Waywayseecappo yesterday (Wed), where he was remanded in custody for January 29th in Russell.

One of his co-accused, 40-year-old Elroy Benn, will appear in Russell Court that same day, while the other, 30-year-old Harley Mecas, is scheduled to be in Brandon Court today (Thu).

In the early morning hours of December 22nd, Russell RCMP were called to a report of a home invasion at an apartment complex in Russell, where a 32-year-old woman had been assaulted while she slept.
