One of two people facing several charges in connection with a vehicle theft earlier this month in Regina, was back in court yesterday (THURS).

On December 10th, 38-year-old George Longman, of the Punnichy district, and 30-year-old Chantelle Bird, of Regina, were arrested after the vehicle’s owner contacted On-Star, who immobilized it.

Bird was in Regina yesterday, where she was remanded in custody for a bail hearing this Tuesday (14th).

Longman was released from custody earlier this week, and will be back in court on January 28th.
