A new court date has been set for one of three people, arrested in connection with a violent home invasion in Russell.
In the early morning hours of December 22nd, Russell RCMP were called to a report of a home invasion at an apartment complex, where a 32-year-old woman had been assaulted while she slept.
30-year-old Harley Mecas was in Brandon yesterday (Thu), where he was remanded in custody for January 29th in Russell.
His co-accused, 40-year-old Elroy Benn, and 32-year-old Christopher Benn, will appear in Russell Court that same day.
