One of two people facing several charges in connection with a vehicle theft earlier this month in Regina, was back in court yesterday (TUES).

On December 10th, 38-year-old George Longman, of the Punnichy district, and 30-year-old Chantelle Bird, of Regina, were arrested after the vehicle’s owner contacted On-Star, who immobilized it.

Bird was in Regina yesterday, where she was denied bail, and her next appearance was set for January 22nd.

Longman was released from custody last week, and will be back in court on January 28th.
