A 25 year old man and 20 year old woman face several charges after a domestic disturbance in Abernethy yesterday (Sun).

When RCMP tried to arrest the male, both became aggressive and assaulted the officers.

A taser was used on the woman, but wasn’t effective, and the male tried to grab it from the officer.

Additional officers were called in, and the pair were finally arrested.

Both were in front of a Justice of the Peace today (Mon), and remanded to Thursday in Fort Qu’Appelle court for bail hearings.
