Regina Police Address The Lockout Situation

Regina’s Police Chief Evan Bray took to Facebook yesterday with the goal to clarify officers roles in the Unifor Co-Op dispute at the refinery, where 14 picketers were arrested Monday. Bray says their role as police is to maintain public safety, investigate criminal allegations and to enforce the law. On Monday night 14 Unifor members including national president Jerry Dias, were arrested and charged with mischief after an illegal blockade was set up.
