The three people arrested following a violent home invasion in Russell, have appeared in court again.

40-year-old Elroy Benn, 32-year-old Christopher Benn, and 30-year-old Harley Mecas, were in Russell yesterday (Wed), and were all remanded in custody.

Mecas and Christopher Benn will be in Brandon next Thursday, while Elroy Benn returns to Russell on February 26th.

In the early morning hours of December 22nd, Russell RCMP were called to a report of a home invasion at an apartment complex in Russell, where a 32-year-old woman had been assaulted while she slept.
