The lockout at the Regina Co-Op refinery is starting to be felt at the pumps.

Federated Co-Op says restrictions have been put in place at Card-lock locations across the prairies, with a 100 litre limit per day per card on gas and a 300 litre limit on diesel.

The move is being done because of the barricades outside the refinery, which is restricting traffic in and out of the facility.
