Punnichy Crime Spree Suspect Gets New Court Date

One of four people charged following a violent crime spree in the Punnichy area in May, remains in custody, after appearing in Regina Provincial Court again.
26-year-old Derek Pasap faces a total of 20 charges, including one count of Attempted Murder, and his next appearance is set for March 6th, in the Queen City.
On May 22nd, police say a man was struck by a vehicle, then shot, on the Muskowekwan First Nation.
Then, on May 23rd, an altercation on the Piapot First Nation led to one victim allegedly being struck with a machete, and the other being chased to the Muscowpetung First Nation.
