Locked-out Unifor employees from the Regina Co-op Refinery are blockading a Legacy Co-op cardlock in Yorkton for a second straight day. Vehicles and pylons are surrounding the facility on York Road West. Yorkton RCMP members are also on scene, monitoring the situation. Federated Co-operatives Limited is calling the blockade illegal, and is accusing the union of threatening mediation talks with their actions.
