Yorkton Woman Accused of Second Degree Murder is Committed to Stand Trial

A Yorkton woman arrested in connection with the 2018 death of a Yorkton man, has had another court appearance.
20-year-old Taiya Hudy and two other people are charged with the Second Degree Murder of 25-year-old Colin Focht.
In Yorkton Provincial Court this (Mon) morning, her lawyer waived the right to a Preliminary Hearing, and she was committed to stand trial in Court of Queen’s Bench at a later date.
Focht’s remains were found in a rural area outside Yorkton last April.
