The City of Yorkton will be starting an Honouring Our Veterans Banner Project this year. Banners will go up displaying veterans connected to Yorkton on Broadway Street at the beginning of October. Residents can sponsor a banner that will display their loved one who has served our country. Council also reversed a decision which would’ve ended remuneration for the Deputy Mayor position.
