One of three people arrested following a violent home invasion in Russell, has appeared in court again.

40-year-old Elroy Benn was in Russell yesterday (Wed), where he was remanded in custody to May 27th.

His co-accused, 32-year-old Christopher Benn and 30-year-old Harley Mecas, are also in custody, and return to Rossburn Court on June 17th.

In the early morning hours of December 22nd, Russell RCMP were called to a report of a home invasion at an apartment complex in Russell, where a 32-year-old woman was assaulted while she slept.
