Three people arrested in connection with the 2018 death of a Yorkton man, have appeared in court again.

24-year-old Jordan Ironstand,  20-year-old Taiya Hudy, and a youth, who can’t be named due to his age, had their matters heard in Yorkton today (Fri), where they were adjourned until July 30th.

The Crown has served notice that they’ll be seeking an adult sentence if the youth is convicted of second degree murder.

The remains of Colin Focht were found in a rural area outside Yorkton in April of last year.
