A 60-year-old Municipal of Harrison Park man facing charges after a domestic disturbance, has appeared in court.

Todd Fontaine has been charged with Break and Enter, Uttering Threats and Pointing a Firearm, and is scheduled to appear in Winnipeg Provincial Court on Thursday.

On July 22nd, Wasagaming RCMP and the Emergency Response Team responded to a residence west of Onanole, on a report of a male threatening to shoot a female, and having locked himself within the home.

Eventually the suspect surrendered and police observed that he had suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound and transported him to hospital.
