Esterhazy RCMP are looking for two suspects in connection with an armed robbery in the community on Tuesday night.

Shortly before 8PM, Mounties were dispatched to a robbery in progress at a business on Kennedy Drive where an adult male and female, who was reportedly armed with a hand-gun demanded money from the employees.An employee was able to disarm the female and restrain her while 9-1-1 was called.

The male then exited the building and got into a white 2008 Ford F250, licence plate 218 ILB that was stolen from the Whitewood area and proceeded to drive into front door of the business numerous times.

At this point, the employee released the female and she got into the suspect vehicle and the two individuals fled the scene.
