New court dates set for two Fort Qu’Appelle residents on drug charges

Two Fort Qu’Appelle residents charged in connection with alleged drug trafficking, have made another court appearance.

56-year-old Vera Ryder and 67-year-old Chester Arnold were two of five people arrested on February 20th, after a month long investigation led to the seizure of opioids, cash and cell phones.

Three of the adults were later released without charges.

Ryder and Arnold each appeared in Fort Qu’Appelle Provincial Court yesterday (THURS), and will be back there on September 24th.
