A Canora Man Charged In A Stolen Vehicle Case Was Back In Court

A Canora man facing several charges stemming from a stolen vehicle investigation, was back in Regina Provincial Court Thursday. On November 22nd, police in the Queen City spotted a black Audi that had been reported stolen, and tried to pull it over, but the driver sped away, leading cops on a chase that included the use of a spike belt. Officers ended the chase, but found the stolen vehicle parked on Highway 1, and eventually they found the suspect hiding in a field, where he was arrested. 27-year-old Chase Badham will be back in court April 1st, charged with offences including Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose, and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over Five-Thousand Dollars.
