Positive Cases Of COVID-19 Identified At MC Knoll School In Yorkton And Davison School In Melville

The Good Spirit School Division has been notified by the Sask. Health Authority of a positive COVID-19 case at Davison School in Melville.

The individual who tested positive is connected to the Grade 6 (601) class.

All prekindergarten to Grade 6 classes will be cancelled for Thursday and will start remote learning on Friday until Monday, when students tentatively return to in-class learning.

However, the Grade 6 class will continue remote learning until May 3rd, and tentatively return to in-class learning on May 4th.

Meanwhile, an individual associated MC Knoll School in Yorkton has tested positive for COVID-19.

As a result, all classes from Kindergarten to Grade 8 have been cancelled for Thursday, and remote learning will begin on Friday.

In-person learning is tentatively set to resume on Monday, except for the Grade 5/6 ME class, which will return to in-person learning on Monday, May 3rd.

Remote instruction details will be shared with parents and students by MC Knoll staff.
