Manitoba is close to achieving the next step of the province’s re-opening plan.

Manitoba needs 80% of eligible Manitobans to receive at least one dose of vaccine and 75% to be fully vaccinated, in order to achieve the third milestone of the province’s re-opening plan.

Over 79% of Manitobans have received one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, while close to 68% are fully vaccinated.

Manitoban health officials state that these vaccination rates are the highest of any province in Canada.
