Manitoba identified 49 new cases of COVID-19, with 31 in unvaccinated individuals.

Two cases are in Prairie Mountain Health, five in Interlake-Eastern and the North, 17 in the South and 20 in Winnipeg.

69 Manitobans are in hospital with 15 in ICU, 36 recoveries were recorded, and there are 584 active cases, including 54 in the Prairie Mountain Health region.

Manitoba also reported two additional deaths due to the virus.
