Manitoba Announces 42 New Cases Of COVID-19, 70 Recoveries, 2 Deaths

42 new cases of COVID-19 were identified in Manitoba, with 29 in unvaccinated individuals.

Two cases are in Interlake-Eastern, three in the North, four in Prairie Mountain Health, 17 in the South and 16 in Winnipeg.

82 people are in hospital with 19 in ICU, 70 more recoveries were recorded, leaving 613 active cases, including 89 in the Prairie Mountain Health region.

Manitoba also announced two more deaths due to COVID-19, bringing the provincial total to 1-thousand 211.
