Three men charged following an armed robbery in the Ste.Rose area on August 9th, were in Dauphin Court yesterday. 31-year-old Francis Beaulieu, 26-year-old Anton Levasseur, and 29-year-old Victor Levasseur, were remanded in custody to December 21st.
A Dauphin man remains in custody following a report of an attempted kidnapping in that city May 13th. In Dauphin Court yesterday, 30-year-old Daniel Renner had his matters adjourned to next Tuesday.
Sentencing has been adjourned for an Ebb and Flow First Nation man, who admitted his guilt on charges related to a May 8th firearm incident on the reserve. In July, 23-year-old Jacob Levasseur pled guilty to six counts, including Assaulting a Peace Officer with a Weapon, and he remains in custody, to return to Dauphin court on November 16th.
