Saskatchewan reported 173 new cases of COVID-19 today (Wed), up from yesterday’s (Tues) 107.
The provincial case total is 78,075.
The new cases are located in the Far North West (9), Far North East (10), North West (8), North Central (14), North East (3), Saskatoon (51), Central West (2), Central East (23), Regina (24), South West (4), South Central (2) and South East (17) zones and six (6) new cases have pending residence information.
Fourteen (14) cases with pending residence information were assigned to the North West (from October 2 (1), October 9 (1), November 1 (4)), North Central (from October 13 (1), November 1 (3)), Central East (from October 24 (1)), and Regina (from October 9 (1), October 31 (1), November 1 (1)) zones.

There are 226 people in hospital, 51 in ICU, plus 25 in out-of-province ICU’s. Of the 226 patients, 154 (68.1%) were not fully vaccinated.
An additional 234 people recovered from the virus, for a total of 75,448. Active cases province-wide went down by 64, to 1,765.
Three more COVID-related deaths were reported – one in the Central East and two in Regina – bringing the total to 862.

The seven day average of daily new cases is 177 (14.7 new cases per 100,000).
The dashboard also recorded 2,408 new tests for COVID-19, for a total of 1,231,641.
An additional 2,328 new vaccine doses were administered, including 666 first doses and 1,662 second doses.
