A Man Charged In A Regina Accident Was Back In Court

A new court date has been set for a Grenfell district man, arrested following a four-vehicle collision in August last year that left a 19 year old woman with injuries. 50-year-old Charlton Rye Lavallee is charged with Impaired Driving Causing Bodily Harm, and will return to Regina Provincial Court on December 14th. Regina cops say one of the drivers showed signs of potential drug use. The suspect was taken to hospital for assessment, before being transferred to police custody.
