A Winnipeg Woman Charged In The Death Of A Sask. Mountie Was Back In Court

One of two Winnipeg residents charged following the death of Indian Head RCMP Constable Shelby Patton, was back in court yesterday. 43-year-old Marlene Pagee is charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder, and was remanded to Regina Court next Tuesday 42-year-old Alphonse Traverse is also in custody, charged with First Degree Murder, and he will be back in Regina Court on December 20th. June 12th, during a traffic stop in Wolseley, Constable Patton was allegedly struck by a truck that was reported stolen from Manitoba.
