Regina Man Arrested At Ochapowace First Nation Returns To Court

A new court date has been set for a Regina man, arrested on numerous charges on the Ochapowace First Nation in September.

29-year-old Tyler Lavallee appeared in Regina Provincial Court on Friday, and he remains in custody, to appear again on Wednesday.

On September 28th, Mounties spotted a vehicle stolen from Regina, but when they tried to stop it, it fled.

A home on the Ochapowace First Nation was later searched, and police seized two firearms and a machete.
