4 Sask. Men Charged With Assault Were Back In Court

Another court appearance yesterday, for four men charged in a pair of incidents in July that Carlyle RCMP say are connected. 22-year-old Justin Desjarlais and 27-year-old Jordan Desjarlais will be back in Carlyle Provincial Court next Wednesday, while 19-year-old Cyrus Campeau and 21-year-old Demetrius Standingready will be back in court on January 26th. Police were called to investigate an alleged assault outside a business on the Pheasant Rump Nakota First Nation, that left a man seriously injured. An hour later, Mounties were notified that someone had discharged a firearm at a vehicle on the White Bear First Nation.
