Man Pleads Guilty to Second Degree Murder in Canora

A guilty plea from the man arrested in connection with a homicide case in Canora.

In Yorkton Court of Queen’s Bench yesterday (Wed), 53-year-old William Tuttle pled guilty to Second Degree Murder, and was sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole for 14 years from the date of his arrest.

In July of 2020, Mounties responded to a report of an attempted murder at a Canora residence.

They found 59-year-old Linda Dutchak suffering from life-threatening injuries, and she died at the scene.
