A Woman Charged In The Death Of A Sask. Mountie Was Back In Court

A new court date has been set for one of two Winnipeg residents, arrested in connection with the death of an Indian Head Mountie. 43-year-old Marlene Pagee is charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder, and yesterday was remanded to February 24th in Regina. 42-year-old Alphonse Traverse, is charged with First Degree Murder, and he remains in custody, to appear in Indian Head on January 18th. On June 12th in Wolseley, Constable Shelby Patton stopped a truck that had reportedly been stolen from Manitoba, and while Patton was out of his vehicle, the truck allegedly ran him over.
