A structure fire was reported early this morning (Thurs) at the Swan River Agro-Centre.

Swan River firefighters were called in to battle the flames at a maintenance shed.

In a statement, a Co-Op spokesman says that was the only building involved, and there were no injuries.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation, and the total value of equipment and building loss is not known at this time.

The majority of the Agro-Centre operations are continuing as normal.

 The Agro-Centre is south of the town on highway 83.
