A Winnipeg Man Charged In The Death Of A Sask. Mountie Was Back In Court

One of two Winnipeg residents charged with the death of Indian Head RCMP Constable Shelby Patton was back in court yesterday. On June 12th in Wolseley, Patton stopped a truck that had reportedly been stolen in Manitoba, and while out of his vehicle, the truck allegedly ran him over. 42-year-old Alphonse Traverse is charged with First Degree Murder, and was remanded for a preliminary hearing set in July in Regina Court. 43-year-old Marlene Pagee is charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder, and she will be back in Regina Court on February 24th.
