A Fort Qu’Appelle District man charged in connection with Regina’s eighth homicide of 2021 will return to Regina Court on February 17th. 27-year-old Terrance Desnomie remains in custody, charged with First Degree Murder and three other charges. On July 15th, Regina Police were dispatched to a report of an injured man. 33-year-old Jason Bird was taken to hospital, where he died from his injuries.
