- As of January 27th , there are 1,273 new confirmed cases of COVID-19, bringing the total to 113,993 reported cases.
- The new cases are located in the Far North West (7), Far North Central (1), Far North East (30), North West (57), North Central (50), North East (25), Saskatoon (433), Central West (40), Central East (80), Regina (195), South West (38), South Central (84), and South East (85) zones and 148 new cases have pending residence information.
- Of the 1,273 new cases reported today, 224 were unvaccinated or fewer than 21 days after their first dose, 56 had received their first dose or were less than 21 days from their second dose, 687 were fully vaccinated (more than 14 days since their second dose) and 306 were fully vaccinated and more than 14 days from receiving their booster dose.
- 89 cases with pending residence information were assigned to the Far North East (1), North West (25), North Central (31), North East (1), Saskatoon (8), Central West (2), Central East (1), Regina (15), South West (2), South Central (2), and South East (1) zones.
- 27 SK residents tested out-of-province were added to the North West (4), Saskatoon (8), Regina (13), South West (1), and South Central (1) zones.

- As of January 27th, a total of 328 individuals are hospitalized; including 293 inpatient hospitalizations, and 35 ICU hospitalizations. Of the 328 patients, 107 (32.6%) were not fully vaccinated.

- 293 residents are inpatient: of those, 120 inpatient hospitalizations are a COVID-19-related illness, 140 are incidental COVID-19 infections, and 33 have not yet been determined.
- 35 residents are in ICUs: of those, 26 are for COVID-19-related illnesses, and six (6) are for incidental COVID-19 infections. Three (3) residents are in PICU/NICU: two (2) are for COVID-19-related illnesses, and one (1) is for incidental COVID-19 infection.
- Two (2) new deaths reported today. A total of 985 Saskatchewan residents with COVID-19 have died with a case fatality rate of 0.9%.
- 1,425,383 COVID-19 tests have been performed in the province. As of January 25, 2022, when other provincial and national numbers are available from PHAC, Saskatchewan’s per capita rate was 1,198,334 tests performed per million. The national rate was 1,465,857 tests performed per million.
- The 7-day average of new COVID-19 case numbers was 1,265 (105 new cases per 100,000).
