A large drop in hospitalizations due to COVID-19 was reported in Manitoba.

707 Manitobans are in hospital, a decrease of 29, while ICU admissions dropped by two to 52.

623 new cases were identified, along with 17-thousand 423 active cases, including 2-thousand 614 in the Prairie Mountain Health region.

Manitoba also reported nine more deaths, bringing the provincial total to 1-thousand 585.
