Manitoba has increased flows from the Shellmouth Reservoir. It’s part of the normal operation to draw down the level of the dam in preparation for spring runoff from the upper Assiniboine River. The final release will raise water levels by one to two feet between the Shellmouth Reservoir and Brandon. The province adds it will continue to monitor conditions.
