Manitoba Issues Flood Outlook

Manitoba has released its March spring flood outlook. The Hydrologic Forecast Centre says there’s still a moderate risk of flooding for the Assiniboine and Souris Rivers and their tributaries. However, the risk of major flooding on the Red River and its tributaries remains high, and flood preparation activities are underway. The risk of spring flooding is still low for the Interlake and northern Manitoba regions.
