There are 118 new cases of COVID-19 in Manitoba today (Tues), increasing the provincial total to 134,417.

17 of the new cases are in the Prairie Mountain Health Region, 55 in Winnipeg, 9 in the South, 31 in the North, and 6 in Interlake-Eastern. Today’s new cases were identified out of 1,053 tests.

COVID-19 hospitalizations dropped by 8, to 380, but the number of ICU patients increased by 2, to 24.

Province-wide, 4,913 cases are active, including 760 in Prairie Mountain Health.

No new deaths due to COVID-19 were recorded, leaving the total at 1,731.
